Photo exhibition in the village during the festival village by Objectif Image Nimes
Objectif Image 30 Nîmes is a photographic Club made up of 60 enthusiastic, amateur photographers. Continually trying to improve they particpate to critical photo sessions, workshops and exhibitions. They also forge partnerships with events such as the festival of Jazz à Blauzac. They have supported us since 2015.
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the festival, Objectif Imange Nimes will create a route through the village centre, displaying our favourite photos since 2015, (enlarged on canvases). There will also be a traditional photo exhibition in the bars of the village. A moment to discover/rediscover passed years of the festival from onday 27th June.
At the festival this year we will be selling sketches by Ken Martin. Ken is a well known personality of the festival with his crayons and paper, and two previous exhibitions on our site. To celebrate this 10th festival Ken has donated a number of sketches to us and asked us to sell them for the benefit of an association close to our hearts. It was a simple decision to donate the proceeds to the association Foyer Hubert Pascal in Nimes that supports mentally handicapped adults and with whom we already have an association.
Ken will also have a stand where he will be selling his sketches of the region.
